Ryan Kavanaugh has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Ryan began their career in 2002 at the Hillstone Restaurant Group, where they served as a General Manager for nearly a decade. From 2011 to 2016, Ryan worked as a General Manager at J. Alexander's Restaurants. Ryan then moved on to Kayne Prime in 2016, where they held the position of General Manager until 2017. Following this, Ryan worked as the General Manager at Doc B's Fresh Kitchen from 2017 to 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they served as Vice President of Operations at Felipe Armenta Restaurants, and also took on the role of Regional Manager and Partner. Currently, Ryan is working at FAR Out Hospitality as the VP of Operations/ Partner, starting from March 2023.
Ryan Kavanaugh attended Purdue University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.

FAR Out Hospitality was founded by restaurateur and chef, Felipe Armenta. A highly celebrated chef and local in the Fort Worth, Texas area. San Angelo, Texas is where he made his first imprint in the restaurant scene, with the opening of The Grill, back in 2008. He has continued to create unique and crave worthy eateries all around the Fort Worth and Dallas area since. The collection of restaurants also includes, The Tavern, Press Cafe, F1 Smokehouse & F1 Food Truck, Pacific Table, Maria's Mexican Kitchen, Towne Grill, Cowboy Prime, and Le Margot with more to come!
