Reed Carr has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

Starting with their most recent role, Carr worked at Freddie Mac from 2013 to the present. Reed began as a Business Management Professional, supporting the Single Family Operations team with tasks such as business process improvement and automation. Reed then progressed to roles such as Senior Engineer and Technology Train before becoming a Manager for Consumer Operations and Initiatives, where they managed partnerships, collaborated on innovation, and ensured consumer privacy compliance.

Prior to their time at Freddie Mac, Carr worked as an Associate Systems Analyst and Associate Programmer Analyst at ATCC from 2010 to 2013. Reed'sresponsibilities included being the SharePoint team lead, project manager, business analyst, designer, and trainer, as well as farm administration and integrating SharePoint with other systems.

Carr also has experience in the soccer industry. Reed served as a Referee and Referee Assessor/Coach at the U.S. Soccer Federation from 2004 to the present. Reed was a Staff Coach at Far Post Soccer Club Inc in 2018. Additionally, they held coaching positions at Paul IV High School, Vienna Youth Soccer, and HI-Performance Soccer.

Outside of their professional career, Carr has demonstrated their passion for environmental sustainability. Reed owned Green Solutions from 2007 to 2010, where they worked with local small businesses to improve their ecological footprint. Reed also presented on green business practices at various events and organizations.

Carr's work experience is supplemented by their involvement as an Intern in the UVM/SCA Land Stewardship Program in 2010.

Reed also holds additional certifications, including a Power Automate WorkshopPlus Certificate obtained from Microsoft in September 2021, a SharePoint Online Essential Training: The Basics certificate obtained from LinkedIn in October 2019, and a US Soccer E License obtained from the United States Soccer Federation in July 2016.
