Naomi Scher serves as Principal Investigator and Geoarchaeologist at Far Western Anthropological Research Group, Inc. since October 2012, where responsibilities include planning and leading archaeological studies, conducting background research, and making recommendations for archaeological resource treatment while ensuring regulatory compliance. As Project Manager, Naomi directs Cultural Resources Management strategies for various agencies and manages project budgets and collaborative teams. Naomi holds a Master of Arts in Cultural Resources Management from Sonoma State University and has completed specialized training in geoarchaeology and archaeological technology.
