Fehmi Kartal has had a long and varied career in sales and finance, starting with a Management Trainee role at Akbank T.A.S. in 1992. In 1994, they became a Credit Analyst & Account Executive at Era Finans Factoring Hiz. A.Ş. Fehmi then moved to Medya Holding A.S. in 1995, where they held the roles of Finance Director and Purchasing Manager (Import). In 2003, they became Sales & IT Manager at Radikal Ltd. Sti. In 2014, they were Country Sales Manager at Path Dusseldorf, and in 2012 they became Owner at Elk Pazarlama ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti., where they were responsible for Export Business Development Agency of On Net Dış Ticaret ve Danışmanlık A. Ş., International Franchise Development Agency of Biggshop, loyalty projects (B2C, B2B, employee), promotional goods (branded, no-name, customized), messaging solutions (email, sms, mms, wap push), social media/mobile solutions/applications, and CRM/system integration. In 2019, they took on the roles of Regional Sales Director (MEA) at Pick 'n' Watch and Managing Partner at Sales Factory ME. Fehmi is currently MEA Sales Manager at Faradai.

Fehmi Kartal attended Saint Joseph from 1979 to 1987. Fehmi then attended Şişli Terakki from 1974 to 1979. Lastly, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from New England College between 1988 and 1992.
