James Gaade has extensive work experience in the automotive industry, specifically in the field of powertrain research and technology. James has held various leadership roles at Jaguar Land Rover, including Head of Powertrain Research and Technology, where they led the delivery of advanced propulsion projects and developed electrification technologies. Prior to their time at Jaguar Land Rover, Gaade was the Director and Principal Consultant at 9MAG Propulsion Ltd, an engineering research consultancy specializing in electrified vehicle propulsion technology.
