Suganesh Raja

Suganesh Raja has a diverse work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. Suganesh worked as a Quality Team Lead and Quality Engineer at Farasis Energy, starting in 2022. At EU Platform UG, they held various positions including System Engineer, where they developed an internal inventory management system and defined process for TISAX ISO-27001 internal audit standards. Suganesh also worked as a Quality Engineer, responsible for developing warranty part analysis processes and managing OEM requirements. Additionally, Suganesh completed a Master Thesis Project during their time at EU Platform UG. Prior to their time at EU Platform UG, Suganesh worked at Classic Engineering System as part of their Diploma in Engineer Training. Suganesh also completed a Bachelor Thesis at Hyundai Motor India Ltd., where they focused on workstation process enhancement through improved ergonomics and handled Body-in-White (BIW) manufacturing.

Suganesh Raja completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management and Engineering in Production Systems from RWTH Aachen University, which was completed from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, Suganesh Raja obtained several certifications including Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from Scrum.org in July 2021, Internal auditing of Quality management System based on IATF 16949:2016 from TÜV SÜD in May 2021, and a Product Manager Nanodegree Program from Udacity in May 2020.
