Ilman Shazhaev has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ilman is currently the Founder & CEO of Farcana, a company that specializes in an undisclosed field. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder at Acoustery, a company whose industry is also not specified. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Ilman served as the Executive Chairman of OneBoost, a global Bitcoin-mining enterprise that utilized AI technologies to detect faults in equipment. Ilman was also involved in the coordination of construction projects as the Assistant of Vice-president and International Projects Manager at SinoMach Engineering Co., Ltd.
