Prior to this role, Patricia volunteered as a Senior Recruiter for Solution Foundation and held senior recruiting positions at Iterable, DreamBox Learning, Amazon, Providence Health System, Filter, LLC, and Populus Group, amassing extensive experience in corporate recruiting across various sectors, including technology, healthcare, and digital staffing. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business - Environmental Administration from Saint Vincent College and completed an online program in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Northwestern University.
