Charity Van Dyke is a senior litigation paralegal at Farella Braun + Martel with a practice emphasis in insurance coverage and white collar crime. She works on all phases of litigation, from client interviews, discovery, depositions to trial preparation.
Charity's primary practice is insurance coverage, where she works on insurance policy archeology, drafting coverage charts, and insurance policy analyses. In many cases, she is involved with tendering to insurance companies for recovery of claims. She assists clients to secure and preserve old and current insurance policies in electronic databases accessible to them and co-counsels.
She is also a member of the white collar crime practice, where she works on litigation defending individuals in securities fraud actions. She has experience interviewing clients, working with the SEC and U.S. Attorney's Office, discovery, and trial.
