Dina Aguilar has over five years of experience in environmental litigation as a paralegal. Her practice includes all phases of a case, with specific knowledge in trial preparation and organization skills on mass tort litigation, natural resource damages litigation, and environmental cost recovery/contribution litigation, managing complex and document intensive case from inception to trial.
She has experience gathering information from regulatory agencies such as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the California Department of Toxic Substance Control, the California Regional Water Quality Control Boards, and the State Water Resource Control Board. She is highly adept at document and information management of the vast amounts of date and information associated with environmental litigation.
Dina is the lead paralegal on large, complex cases and is an integral member of litigation teams working at all stages of litigation, from discovery through arbitration, mediation and trial. She has experience with many federal and state courts, with particular experience in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District. She also participates in cases with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights.
