Harriet Knights is an experienced professional in food sourcing and community engagement, currently serving as the Regional Food Sourcing Manager for FareShare Sussex & Surrey since January 2023. Prior roles include Community Coordinator for FareShare Go, Lead Cook at Lunch Positive, and Community Cook at Impact Initiatives, where Harriet focused on creating healthy meals and supporting community initiatives. Additional experience encompasses coordination of healthy catering projects for Brighton & Hove City Council and project management for various health and transport initiatives. Harriet holds a Master of Science in International Public Health from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Brighton, supplemented by a Level 2 NVQ in Professional Cookery from Croydon College.
