Sara Montin CMgr MCMI has a diverse background with experience in leading transformative continuous improvement initiatives, managing sales accounts in Far-East Asia and India, facilitating skill enhancement programs for employees in local SMEs, and supporting victims of trafficking and exploitation as a cultural mediator. Sara is currently establishing and advancing the Product function at FareShare UK as a Product Manager, steering the product vision while ensuring alignment with overarching business goals. Sara has a strong educational background in Chinese Studies from Fudan University and Università Ca' Foscari Venezia.
