Carolyn P. Bardon

Carolyn P. Bardon is an accomplished finance executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Finance at FareStart since October 2023. As a Board Member and Treasurer for Water1st International, Carolyn has also contributed to financial governance in the nonprofit sector. Carolyn was the Owner and CEO of Swink Style Bar from January 2017 to December 2022 and held various finance-related roles at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, including Deputy Director of Finance and Planning. Additional experience includes leadership positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Talaris Institute and Co-founder and CEO of Viva Wireless, Inc. Carolyn's educational background includes an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
