Manoj Rathi is FarEye’s Chief Financial Officer. Manoj offers over 27 years of experience in leadership roles at Genpact, Grofers, BirlaSoft, DXC Technology, NIIT, and Dalmia-OCL. Manoj has built high-performance teams across the globe and driven excellence by enabling, empowering and motivating team members towards achieving optimal results.

He has worked in the IT services space for almost 20 years, as well as the e-commerce and manufacturing sectors with Indian & Foreign multinationals managing the global finance, taxation, legal and secretarial functions. He has driven M&A transactions and integration and spearheaded finance transformation, process re-engineering and digitization initiatives.
