Alexandra Gonçalves

Alexandra Gonçalves is an experienced professional in people management and recruitment, currently serving as the People Business Partnering Manager at FARFETCH since February 2017. With a progressive career path, Alexandra held various roles including People Business Partner, Associate Business Partner, and Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on recruitment, stakeholder management, and reporting. Previously, Alexandra worked as the International Recruitment Manager at Teleperformance Portugal, leading a team of six international recruiters and achieving significant recruitment targets. Alexandra’s earlier experience includes positions as Recruitment Management Associate, Front Desk Receptionist, Trainee Psychologist, and Psychologist and Trainer, demonstrating a strong foundation in psychology and customer service. Alexandra holds a Post Graduation in People Management from Porto Business School and a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
