Tate Russell serves as the Chief Flight Instructor at Fargo Jet Center since May 2018, overseeing the certification of students' training records and leading a team of CFIs. Previous roles at the same company include Lead Flight Instructor, where Tate updated navigational databases and mentored other instructors, as well as Certified Flight Instructor, focusing on training primary students for their Private Pilot and advanced certifications. Early experience includes a role as Line Service Technician, responsible for marshalling airplanes and fueling, which honed customer relations skills. Prior internships at Cloverdale Foods involved continuous improvement and plant scheduling tasks. Tate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from North Dakota State University, obtained in 2019.
