Shannon Full

Shannon Full has an extensive background in chamber of commerce leadership roles. Shannon most recently served as the President/CEO of the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce, where they led a team focused on promoting growth and prosperity for the region. Prior to that, they held the same position at the TwinWest Chamber of Commerce in the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. Shannon also served as President/CEO of the Fox Cities Regional Partnership and the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce in Wisconsin. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at the Cedar Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce, the Melbourne-Palm Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce. Shannon has honed their expertise in areas such as business development, public policy, talent services, economic development, and marketing.

Shannon Full obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where they attended from 1993 to 1998. In addition, Shannon has obtained certifications from the Institute for Organizational Management at both the US Chamber of Commerce and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
