Sarah Pearce

Sarah Pearce is an experienced professional in online education and EdTech, currently serving as the Head of School Sales at Faria Education Group since April 2025. Prior to this role, Sarah spent ten years at Pamoja in various capacities, including Head of Business Development and International Sales & Account Management Manager, where a focus on building and leading teams for sustained business growth was emphasized. Earlier experience includes managing client services at Home Instead Senior Care and The Phone Room, as well as several client management roles at FranklinCovey and Abbey. A graduate of the University of Gloucestershire with a degree in Marketing Management, Sarah also completed a GNVQ in Leisure and Tourism at Oxford and Cherwell Valley College.
