Mike Weber

Mike Weber has a significant amount of work experience in finance, particularly in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Mike started their career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst and Young in 1987 before moving on to become the Controller at Sand, Mitchell, Smith Inc, a privately-owned construction company. In 1991, they became the Divisional CFO at Schwan's Company, overseeing the financial operations of the Consumer Brands Division. From 2001 to 2007, they served as the Director of Compliance and External Reporting and Controller at CNS, Inc., a publicly traded consumer healthcare products company. Mike then joined XRS Corporation as their Chief Financial Officer until the company was acquired in 2014. Since 2015, Mike Weber has been working as the Chief Financial Officer at Faribault Foods, Inc.

Mike Weber obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint John's University from 1983 to 1987. Additionally, they hold a CPA (inactive) certification from the State of Minnesota, which was obtained in 1987.
