Monica Peñaranda

Monica Peñaranda's work experience includes various roles in human resources and education. Monica has worked as a Human Resources Director at Farlabo, leading a team and driving strategic projects. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Manager at the same company, overseeing all HR areas. Monica also has experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they developed HR functions from scratch. In addition to their HR roles, Monica has served as a professor at Universidad CEU San Pablo, Centro de Estudios Garrigues, and Universidad Católica de Valencia San Vicente Mártir. Monica also has consulting experience in finance, legal, and HR with Hays and Randstad España. Monica's earlier work includes roles in quality management, international department assistance, and translation work for the Spanish Embassy.

Monica Peñaranda completed their Bachelor of Arts in Management Studies at St Mary’s University, Twickenham from 2010 to 2012. Monica also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Universidad Católica de Valencia San Vicente Mártir from 2008 to 2012. In 2010, Monica attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a brief period to study Crisis and Coalition: British Politics in the 21st Century. In 2017, they completed the Curso Superior en Seguridad Social y Derecho Laboral at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros. Monica is currently planning to pursue the (PDD) Programa de Desarrollo Directivo at IESE Business School from 2023 to 2024.

In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certification in "El Arte de Comunicar. Arqueros de la palabra - Comunicación para el Éxito" from EDEM Escuela de Empresarios in June 2013.
