Colin Gaskin

Colin Gaskin has extensive experience in human resources and workforce information management, currently serving as an L&D Coordinator and Database Administrator at Farleigh Hospice since May 2018. In this role, Colin has managed the implementation of new HR systems, including HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and LMS, while also developing processes to integrate these systems. Prior roles include HR Advisor focused on projects at Farleigh Hospice, HR Workforce Information Assistant at Essex Fire & Rescue Service, and HR Officer specializing in workforce information and planning at Hertfordshire County Council. Additional experience includes working as an HR Advisor at the London Borough of Hackney and a Business Support Officer at the London Borough of Redbridge. Colin holds multiple qualifications in training design, management, HR practice, and payroll processing, alongside a Higher National Diploma in Computer Studies from the Polytechnic of East London.
