Wade Blucker

Wade Blucker is a seasoned business consultant with substantial experience in customer experience management and program leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Business Consultant at Farlinium since October 2025, Wade previously held the role of Voice of Customer Senior Analyst at UCare from September 2017 to September 2025, where Wade led the Voice of the Customer program, integrating feedback to inform strategic initiatives. Wade's background includes roles in customer experience analysis and coordination, as well as ministry leadership at Mapleridge Church. Wade holds an MBA with a concentration in Data Analytics and a BA in Bible/Biblical Studies from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
