Dan Collison

Chief Executive Officer at Farm Africa

Dan Collison has extensive work experience in the nonprofit sector, primarily focusing on international development and humanitarian programs. Dan most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at Farm Africa since May 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Programmes at War Child UK from 2014 to 2020. From 2012 to 2014, they held the position of Head of Programme Quality at Save the Children International. During their time at Save the Children UK, they held various roles including Director of Programmes, Myanmar (2008-2011), Regional Programme Manager, Southeast and East Asia (2005-2008), and Regional Programme Officer, Southern Africa (2002-2005). Before working at Save the Children, they served as a Ceasefire Monitor in the Balkans for OSCE from 2001 to 2002. Dan began their career in 1995 as the Regional Representative for East Africa at Christian Aid, where they worked until 2001.

Dan Collison attended UCL from 1988 to 1991 and SOAS University of London from 1991 to 1992.
