Jane Doughty

Jane Doughty currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Farm Africa, a position held since February 2003, where strategic human resource services are provided in collaboration with directors and managers across the organization. Prior experience includes a role as HR Manager, overseeing the UK HR function and supporting international colleagues. Jane's earlier career includes positions as Assistant to the Director of Finance at Chris Whitmore Associates and Assistant to the National Administrator at the British Parachute Association. Jane holds a Certificate in Human Resource Practice from CIPD, earned in 2011.
