Jason Brown

Jason is FarmBox Foods’ VP of Deployment, and he thinks differently about manufacturing than most people. With his creative, mechanical mind and love for outside-the-box thinking, Jason can build almost anything he wants, and he enjoys coming up with innovative solutions to difficult problems. Jason has diverse experience from a long career welding, working in general contracting, and building custom creative pieces.

Jason's career began when he took some welding classes for fun, and only a few years later, became a master welder with several AWS welding certifications and a general contracting license. Jason has served on the Advisory Board for the Jefferson County School System and currently volunteers with Wheatridge North School System on their Engineering and Technology group. Jason is passionate about young people learning engineering skills, outside the box solutions, and problem-solving through critical thinking. Jason wants to inspire the next generation to build things and solve problems.

Jason is a Colorado native and an accomplished mountain biker. He has biked the entire Colorado Trail from Denver to Durango, totaling 485 miles over five days. His favorite place to be is home with his family, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, or 4-wheeling.
