Rick Walker

As the Chief Strategy Officer for FarmBox Foods, Rick does a lot more than collaborate with their team and customers — he unites them. Whether he's working with an Olympic swimming team, a sales team, or the CEO of a company, Rick is highly skilled at bringing people together and building lasting connections. Rick came to work for FarmBox Foods because he has a desire to give power to the powerless; he believes in FarmBox Foods’ products, has a passion for the concept and success of the company, and truly enjoys working with their customers.

Rick has received multiple commendations for his diligent work over the years. He was named the 2009 Americas Open Water Swimming Man of the Year, received the Keifer Safety Award for saving the life of an Australian swimmer in 2010, and in 2020 he received the Lifetime Achievement award from the CSCAA. Rick is the definition of a hard worker, and he leads his team by example. As an expert in open water swimming, Rick tours the world running safety clinics for beginner level coaches. In his free time, Rick loves to golf, work on his pilot's license, and spend time with his wife and two children.
