Luis Demedeiros

Luis DeMedeiros has a diverse range of experience in the food production industry. Luis is currently the Vice President for Central Production at Sobeys since September 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Farm Boy Inc. starting from January 2020. Luis has also held various roles at Morrison Lamothe Inc. from 2004 to 2020, including Vice President of Operations CPG Co-man, Plant Manager, and Sr. Operations Manager. Luis began their career as a Production Supervisor and QA supervisor at Beechgrove Country Foods Inc. from September 2002 to November 2004.

Luis DeMedeiros completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science/Nutrition from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College, from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended De La Salle in Toronto, but no further information is available regarding their degree or field of study.
