Denise Kyle-Needs

Denise Kyle-Needs, SPHR, MS, AIC, has extensive experience in talent development and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Development and HR Business Advisor at Farm Bureau Financial Services since May 2018. Previously, Denise held roles at Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield from 2013 to 2018, including Director of Operations and HR Business Partner, where strategic leadership and HR consulting expertise were provided. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance from 1996 to 2013, serving as HR Manager, Manager of Software Training, and Claim Director, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in employee relations, talent management, and operational strategy. Denise holds a BS in Human Services from Buena Vista University, an AS in Paralegal from Des Moines Area Community College, and an MS in Adult Learning & Organizational Performance from Drake University.
