John Howard is a seasoned Financial Systems Analyst with a robust background in financial technology and systems management. Currently serving at Farm Credit Administration since September 2016, John has previously held significant roles including IT Specialist at the Smithsonian Institution, where responsibilities included gathering and translating requirements for the implementation of the PeopleSoft financial system, as well as performing data analysis and reconciliation. With over two decades of experience in various analytical and leadership positions, including CEO and Owner of A2Z Music Factory, John has developed a comprehensive skill set that spans financial system analysis, project management, and strategic oversight. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1998.

The Farm Credit Administration (FCA) is an independent Federal agency that regulates and examines the banks, associations, and related entities of the Farm Credit System (FCS), including the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (Farmer Mac). The FCS is the largest agricultural lender in the United States. It is a nationwide network of lending institutions that are owned by their borrowers. It serves all 50 States and Puerto Rico. The FCS provides credit and other services to agricultural producers and farmer-owned cooperatives.
