Donald McDaniel, CPA, CVA, CGMA has over 15 years of diverse work experience in accounting and financial consulting roles. Donald has worked in various industries including banking, consulting, technology, and energy.

Donald'srecent role was as a Lead Accountant (Financial Reporting) at Farm Credit Bank of Texas, where they were responsible for financial reporting.

Prior to that, Donald worked as a Senior Consultant at CBIZ ARC Consulting, LLC, where they provided advisory services to growth-oriented organizations on complex technical accounting issues, internal and external reporting, IPO preparation, and process alignment.

Donald also worked as a Senior Consultant at Robert Half and a Risk Advisory Services Senior Associate II at Weaver, where they gained experience in transaction advisory services, purchase accounting, and accounting for special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs).

Donald has also served as a Senior Financial Consultant at CyberCoders, assisting clients with accounting projects related to SPAC transactions, revenue recognition, lease accounting, and stock-based compensation.

Additionally, Donald has held positions such as Consultant at Vaco, Director of Financial Reporting at CLEAResult, Manager of Consolidations and Reporting at Wilsonart LLC, and Financial Consultant at DELL, INC and SIGMA TEL, INC.

Donald McDaniel, CPA, CVA, CGMA received a Master's degree in Public Accounting (MPA) with a focus on Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1988. Donald also holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Education (B.S.) from Dallas Baptist University. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Music Education & Secondary Education from the University of North Texas. Donald obtained various certifications including Certified Valuation Analyst from NACVA in 2014, Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) in 2013, Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy in 2012, and a Certificate of Educational Achievement in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in 2012 from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants.
