Gladys Garza

Gladys Garza began their work experience in 1994 as an Officer Manager at Sierra Health Systems, Inc., where they worked until November 1997. Gladys then joined Farm Credit Bank of Texas in June 1998 as a Senior Accountant in Loan Operations until May 2000. From June 2000 to July 2003, they served as a Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting. Subsequently, from July 2003 to November 2008, Gladys worked as a Financial Systems Analyst. Gladys then became a Senior Business Analyst from December 2008 to February 2011. From March 2011 to November 2014, they worked as a Credit Analyst and then moved on to become the Manager of Financial Data Management until May 2018. Gladys's most recent role at Farm Credit Bank of Texas is Director of Financial Systems and Data Management, starting in May 2018.

Gladys Garza obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Gladys attended the school from 1991 to 1994.
