Joshua Squires has extensive work experience in the field of business systems integration and technology systems integration. Joshua began their career as a Teller at MidFirst Bank in 2007, where they served as the first point of contact for customers and developed strong knowledge of financial products. Joshua then moved on to Communication Federal Credit Union, where they worked as a Member Service Representative and later as a Loan Processor and Assistant Manager. During this time, they focused on providing superior customer service and exceeding sales goals. In 2011, Joshua transitioned to the consulting industry and joined Accenture as a Junior Business Analyst. Joshua quickly advanced to roles such as Senior Business Analyst, Lead Business Analyst, and Associate Project Manager. These roles involved leading discovery sessions with clients, documenting business and system processes, and managing enhancement projects. In 2014, Joshua joined Deloitte as a Technology Systems Integration Consultant and Team Lead, specializing in eligibility systems for the state of Georgia. Joshua designed and developed various modules and led a team in implementing best practices. Since 2016, Joshua has been working at Farm Credit Bank of Texas, starting as a Business Systems Consultant and progressing to becoming a Senior Business Systems Consultant and ultimately the Business Systems Integration Lead. In this role, they collaborated with business and product owners to understand their objectives and designed integrated end-to-end business solutions to optimize processes and reduce manual entry and data duplication.

Joshua Squires attended Moore High School from 2003 to 2006. Joshua then went on to study at the University of Oklahoma from 2006 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with a minor in Business.
