Joshua has obtained additional certifications including MAI from the Appraisal Institute in 2015, ARA from the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers in 2016, AI-GRS from the Appraisal Institute in 2018, AI-RRS from the Appraisal Institute in 2018, and State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser from NJ in 2013.
