Jeffrey Allen

Jeffrey Allen is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in application development, project management, and team leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Manager of Application Development at Farm Credit Financial Partners, Inc., Jeffrey leads a hybrid team of over 20 software engineers and is responsible for delivering enhancements to the AgWorx platform. Prior roles include Scrum Master at Kforce Inc. for Selective Insurance, Senior Project Manager at Infosys Consulting for Aetna/CVS Health, and Manager of Customer Support Operations at Pratt & Whitney, among others. Throughout a career spanning over three decades, Jeffrey has successfully managed various teams and projects, implemented Agile methodologies, and developed critical applications for health insurance, finance, and telecommunications sectors. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems from Central Connecticut State University.
