Laura Richter-Austin, MBA, currently serves as a Business Analyst II with Farm Credit Financial Partners, Inc., where responsibilities have included customer service management and support supervision since May 2020. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions at Polish National Credit Union from January 2018 to May 2020, including Assistant Branch Manager, overseeing teller line activities, compliance, and customer service. Experience also includes serving as a CSA Supervisor at Monson Savings Bank and as a Teller Supervisor at Berkshire Bank, where Laura demonstrated strong sales and compliance capabilities. Laura earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from New England College of Business in February 2020.
