Amy Ilkka Ryan

Amy Ilkka Ryan is a Principal HR & Compensation Consultant at Farm Credit Foundations since May 2019, where expertise in HR and compensation is provided alongside mentorship and business development. Previously, Amy served as Director of Human Resources at Rasmussen College, focusing on HR initiatives aligned with strategic goals. In a prior role as Principal Consultant at AJR Consulting, leadership and HR consulting were provided in various areas, including talent management and performance management. Amy also held the position of Director of Leadership Development & Governance at Land O'Lakes, Inc., where leadership programs were developed for member-owners. At AgriBank, FCB, Amy was the Director of Organizational Effectiveness managing various HR functions and services. Additional experience includes roles at HB Fuller, with a focus on global HR management. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and an M.A. in Industrial Relations - Human Resources from the University of Minnesota.
