Dan Meador

Dan Meador is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in software development and application architecture. Currently serving as the Director of Application Development at Farm Credit Mid-America since August 2025, Dan previously held various senior roles at Onovative, including Vice President of Technology and Vice President of Software Development & Architecture from November 2014 to August 2025. Prior experience includes positions at Republic Bank as a Senior Software Developer, Fort Knox National Company as Director of Application Development, and Citizens Union Bank as Senior Software Architect. Dan began a career in software development at Fort Knox National Company, where the role of Director of Software Development was held from 2002 to 2008. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Indiana University Southeast, earned between 1996 and 2005.
