SVP of Customer Experience at Farm Credit Mid-America

Steve serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Farm Credit Mid-America. He leads the customer experience, marketing, and corporate communications teams.

After working with Farm Credit Mid-America as a leadership consultant for nearly a decade, he officially joined the Association in early 2020. Steve has over 20 years of experience in leadership and coaching roles. He spent 18 years with TAP/Takeda Pharmaceuticals holding a variety of positions in sales, marketing, training, managed markets, and leadership development.

Steve is a certified Master Trainer and facilitator for VitalSmarts. He also carries certifications in Strength Deployment Inventory, Lominger Voices 360, PDI Profiler, Speed of Trust, Managing Organizational Transitions, and Managing Individual Transitions.
