Chad Gent

Chad Gent has over a decade of experience in the financial sector, particularly in retail credit leadership at Farm Credit Services of America from November 2007 to December 2017, where notable roles included Senior Vice President of Retail Credit and Vice President of Credit Underwriting. Responsibilities at Farm Credit included overseeing credit operations, underwriting teams, and providing credit analysis for multiple business units serving a vast customer base in the agriculture sector. Chad also led a significant $10 million IT project aimed at automating lending processes. Additionally, Chad participated in an Agribusiness Seminar at Harvard Business School Executive Education in January 2018 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Iowa State University, earned in January 1992.
