Troy Carlsen

Troy Carlsen has extensive experience in technology and leadership roles, currently serving as Vice President of Applications Development at Farm Credit Services of America since 2009. Prior to this position, Troy held key roles including Director of Technical Services at ASC Information Technology and General Manager at Hallmark Data Systems. Notably, Troy was also a board member of the Omaha Agile Development User Group, contributing to discussions on Agile methodologies from 2008 to 2018. Troy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
