Breanne Penkala

Breanne Penkala is an experienced agricultural professional with a strong background in sustainable food and farming practices. Currently serving as Hope’s Harvest Operations Associate at Farm Fresh Rhode Island, Breanne previously worked as a Greenhouse Consultant at White Barn Farm and managed harvest and propagation efforts at Denison Farm and Hawthorne Valley Association. Breanne's expertise includes creating and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), supervising teams, managing greenhouse operations, and maintaining organic certification records. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Sustainable Food and Farming from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Psychology, and Environmental Studies from Stonehill College. Breanne has also engaged in community service and environmental education initiatives, enhancing leadership and teamwork skills.
