Prya Mol

Prya Mol has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager at Farm Frites since February 2008, with previous roles including HR Business Partner Operations, HR adviseur, and HR Medewerker. Prior to Farm Frites, Prya worked at Randstad Hellevoetsluis as an Intercedent to gain relevant work experience while pursuing studies at Hogeschool Rotterdam, where a Bachelor’s degree in P&A was earned. Earlier experience includes an internship at Randstad Spijkenisse. Prya's research during the graduation internship focused on the added value of the HR tool Exit interviews. Educational background includes a degree from GSG Helinium, completed in 2005.
