The Project Delivery and Management team at Farm Radio International oversees the implementation and coordination of projects aimed at combating poverty and food insecurity through radio broadcasting. The team ensures that projects are executed efficiently, manages field finances, monitors and evaluates project impact, liaises with radio network services and country representatives, and develops robust radio programming to reach and benefit rural communities across Africa.
