Farm & Wilderness Foundation
Molly Murtha joined Farm & Wilderness in May of 2022 and is stoked to bring together their love of youth empowerment, wilderness survival, and intentional community together at Red Spruce Grove. With their BAs in both Landscape Architecture and Environmental Studies, Molly has gathered experience as a leader and accessible educator for youth in outdoor and not-so-outdoor spaces alike. Most recently, Molly has worked as a Behavioral Interventionist in Essex, providing educational, behavioral, and physical assistance and supervision to students needing individualized support. Molly practices several marshal arts, boulders at their local climbing gym, plays ultimate frisbee, and finds community as a member of Temple Sinai.

At Farm & Wilderness summer programs, they focus on community, home grown fun and living closely with the natural world. They offer six overnight camps for children ages nine through seventeen, a day camp and a family camp. Four generations of campers have learned a lifelong love of nature and the joy of a simple, participatory life here in the Vermont woods.
