Kimia Rafati

Kimia Rafati is currently serving as the Training & HRD Manager at Golrang Pharmaceutical Investment (GPI) since September 2019. Prior to this role, Kimia was the Head of Human Resource Development at Farma Industria Ticino (Association of the Ticino Pharmaceutical Industry) starting from July 2015. Additionally, Kimia also holds the position of Chief HRD- Strategy & Excellency Manager at Irandaru Pharmaceutical since May 2015. Kimia graduated from Allameh Tabataba'i University with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resource Management in 2019.
