Kaye Hope

COO at Farmable

Kaye Hope is the current COO at Farmable. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder & COO at ShareMy3D, which was acquired by Cognite in 2017. Kaye has also worked as a Business Development Manager at Shell Oil Company and as an intern at both Shell Oil Company and Hewlett-Packard.

Kaye has always been driven by their passion for technology and its ability to make a real difference in people's lives. At ShareMy3D, they led the commercial work streams of the software startup and was instrumental in its success prior to being acquired by Cognite. As Business Development Manager at Shell Oil Company, they were responsible for the valuation and deal execution of business opportunities across Norway and Denmark.

Kaye's experience and drive make their an excellent leader, and they are committed to using their skills to help Farmable grow and succeed.

Kaye Hope has completed an Honours Math degree from the University of Waterloo, a Specialization in Software Product Management from the University of Alberta, and an Honours Business degree in Operations from Wilfrid Laurier University. Kaye has also obtained a certification from Lean Practitioner.

Kaye Hope works with James Larsen - CTO, Elena Guillen Alvarez - GM, Spain, and Max Bangen - Head, Product Management & GM, Germany. Kaye Hope reports to Lars Petter Blikom, CEO & Co-Founder.
