Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently, Mariana serves as the Owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also worked as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and served as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
