Mariana Neira

Mariana Neira has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Gerente de Capital Humano para Operaciones at Farmacity since January 2014. In this role, Mariana oversees internal communications, recruitment, development, training, and compensation and benefits. Prior to Farmacity, Mariana held several positions at Arcos Dorados SA, including Gerente de RRHH-Business Services, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, change management, internal communications, and employee development. Earlier roles include Jefe Generalista de RRHH, focused on comprehensive HR management, and Consultor de Desarrollo, Capacitación y Aprendizaje, specializing in training program development. Mariana holds diplomas in HR and managerial management from ITBA and Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, along with technical training in ontological coaching.
