Shilpa Gadkari

Shilpa Gadkari is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and demand planning within the beauty and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Farmacy Beauty since June 2024, Shilpa has previously held significant positions such as Senior Director of Demand Planning at Maesa and Principal at SG Solutions. Notably, Shilpa led the Global Planning Team at Rodan + Fields, focusing on S&OP and demand-supply planning to enhance inventory and working capital.
