Wing Kwong has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Wing began their career at Ogilvy & Mather as a Healthcare Public Relations Account Coordinator and later became a Healthcare Public Relations Associate. In 2013, they joined GlaxoSmithKline as a Marketing Executive.

In 2015, Wing joined Pfizer as a Country Brand Lead and later transitioned to the role of Patient Engagement & Access Manager.

In 2017, they joined Vitargent (International) Biotechnology Limited as the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager (Head of Division) and later served as the Associate Marketing Director.

In 2019, Wing co-founded FarmacyHK and held the position of Chief Co-creation Officer. Wing also served as the International Liaison Lead at Beyond Visions Project.

Wing Kwong completed a Master of Arts degree in Communication (Integrated Communication Management) from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2011. From 2008 to 2011, Wing Kwong studied Education Studies and earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from the University of Exeter.

In 2003, Wing Kwong attended The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts for vocal study, and completed the program in 2007. In 2014, Wing Kwong obtained a certificate in Foundation Skills in Human Resource Management from the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management.

Additionally, in 2019, Wing Kwong attended UCL for a foundation program in Fine Arts.
